Well you don’t HAVE to do it traditionally. But as for my method? Personally I just scrawl over the same thing repetitively, snarl at the page, give up and start a new on a new page, like most of it, hate one individual part, refuse to draw an arm or something that crosses over the part of the body I like, struggle to keep my palm from smudging the page, do so anyways, finally finish the drawing, take a bunch of pictures, post a single picture on the internet.
